A 50% deposit is required for all services booked with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment; the deposit will be credited toward your next visit. If the required notice is not provided, the deposit will be retained to cover salon costs. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even if a service refund is issued.
